Instructions to Authors

We welcome original, unpublished research papers, review articles, and case studies in the fields of Digital Transformation, Technology, Management, and Applied Sciences. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript.

About the Journal

Emerging Trends in Digital Transformation is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research in the domains of digital innovation and transformation. The journal welcomes original research papers, survey articles, case studies, and technical notes that contribute to the advancement of digital technologies and their applications across various sectors.

Publication Schedule

Emerging Trends in Digital Transformation Journal publishes four issues per year: January, April, July, and October. Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts in advance of these months to ensure timely consideration.

Manuscript Categories

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts in the following categories:

  • Original Research Articles: Comprehensive studies presenting novel findings.
  • Review Articles: Critical evaluations of existing literature on specific topics.
  • Case Studies: In-depth analyses of specific instances of digital transformation.
  • Technical Notes: Brief reports on innovative methodologies or tools.

Submission Guidelines

Language

All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English. Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed by a native English speaker prior to submission.​

Formatting

  • Manuscript Structure:

    • Title Page: Title (≤20 words), author names, affiliations, and contact information.

    • Abstract: Unstructured summary of ≤200 words.

    • Keywords: 3–6 relevant terms.

    • Main Text: Organized into Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.

    • References: Formatted according to the journal’s citation style.​

  • Text Formatting:

    • Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt).

    • Double-spacing throughout the manuscript.

    • Number all pages consecutively.​

Figures and Tables

  • Include figures and tables within the main text, numbered consecutively.

  • Provide descriptive captions for all figures and tables.

  • Ensure all images are of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).​

References

Cite all sources using the [Specify Citation Style, e.g., APA, IEEE] format. Include DOIs for all references where available.

Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via the journal’s submission portal.
  • Include a cover letter outlining the manuscript’s significance and confirming that it is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Peer Review Policy

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the integrity and quality of the published work. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant field.

Ethical Considerations

  • Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism. All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection software.
  • Data Integrity: Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their data and must be prepared to provide raw data upon request.
  • Human and Animal Rights: Studies involving human or animal subjects must include statements confirming that all procedures were conducted in accordance with relevant ethical guidelines and regulations.​
