The Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which article submissions or publications can be canceled. It details refund eligibility based on the stage of the article’s processing.
Authors must not consider their manuscript as withdrawn until they have received an official Withdrawal Confirmation Letter from Emerging Trends in Digital Transformation (ETDT). The journal reserves the right to raise objections if the article is submitted or published elsewhere. By submitting their article, the Corresponding Author automatically agrees to ETDT’s Article Withdrawal & Refund Policy. The journal incurs costs related to Article Processing, Reviewer Remuneration, and Logistics, and these are accounted for in the process.
If the Final Submission or Online Publication is pending, the journal will deduct 50% of the paid Article Processing Charges (APC) along with any transaction fees. The remaining balance will be refunded through a feasible method.
Once the Final Submission is complete or the article has already been published, no refunds will be issued.
